In this class, we reflect on the first mention of healing in the Bible—you may be surprised where it is found. Participants share personal experiences and testimonies of healing while exploring Scriptures that have been powerful and instrumental in their healing journeys. These passages have strengthened faith and deepened trust in God who is Jehovah Rapha! As you listen, be greatly encouraged to receive the healing that HE has provided.

Saved in This Hope

The Spirit of God within the believer is the guarantee that the full harvest of redemption will one day be realized at the Lord’s return, when our bodies will be transformed and fashioned like Christ’s glorious resurrection body. Keeping this hope clearly in view and living with eager anticipation positions the believer to enjoy the riches of eternal salvation even now.

Just Say Yes

God is looking for someone that will say yes to His will for their life. What did Jesus mean when He said, "Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven?" Can understanding this help us to receive our healing? Listen as Jessica explains that being poor in spirit really means laying down our own self reliance in order to experience the Lord's promises to us.

What do we do when believing God for an answer seems impossible? Has unbelief taken hold and if so, what do we do? We need to return our focus to what God's Word says. We must value His Word and prioritize it over the situation we are in.

We Have The Power and Authority To Heal

The Bible tells us that Jesus was anointed by God to do good and to heal all who were oppressed of the devil, and He healed all who came to Him.  Jesus then sent His disciples as well as others with His authority and power to do the same, saying, "Go heal the sick."  This authority and power is the same Holy Spirit that fell in the upper room on the Day of Pentecost. 

 

As a Spirit-filled Believer, you have that same power that Jesus operated in, now living inside of you.   You, too, have the power and authority to see people healed!

Dislodging Strongholds for Healing

In this message, Ifeoma explains that receiving your healing may involve spiritual warfare against mental "strongholds”—thoughts contradicting God's Word. These thoughts result in unbelief. She emphasizes action steps: casting down contrary arguments, capturing our thoughts to obey Christ, and identifying wrong thinking and replacing that with the Truth. She adds that daily practice of meditating on and speaking healing Scriptures—while rejecting fear by prioritizing the Word over symptoms, dismantles the stronghold of unbelief. The Truth is you are already Healed in Christ!

The Glory Within

The sufferings, trials and hardships of this present time cannot compare to the glory that will be revealed in the believer in Christ (Romans 8:18). That coming glory is the unveiling of what God has already placed within us—the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of glory dwells in and rests upon the believer, assuring us of salvation, securing our inheritance, and strengthening us to walk without fear, no matter what the world may bring.
