Living Life in God's Kingdom

When John the Baptist came saying, "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand," he was saying that life as it had been lived up until that time was about to change. God's glorious power would be seen in the earth through Jesus, His Son. Jesus demonstrated what this would look like as He went about preaching the gospel of the Kingdom and healing all kinds of sickness and disease.  He even sent out His apostles to go and do the same. For the born-again believer in Jesus, this means that we now carry that same authority and are commissioned as the apostles were. He said, "Heal the sick." Living life in God's Kingdom means living a life healed and free!

The Old Man is Dead

As a new creation in Christ, it is vital for the believer to understand that they now possess only one nature—the nature and life of God. The old man was crucified with Christ, put to death, and no longer exists. Therefore, the heart must be firmly established in this truth through the Word of God, and the mind continually renewed by it. As this renewal takes place, the believer’s experience will increasingly align with this reality, resulting in a life of consistent victory and transformation in their daily walk.

Enforce Your Own Healing: You Can Do it

The class underscores the importance of unwavering determination in enforcing healing on the physical. GOD in the act of the new birth entrusts believers with the indwelling of GOD’s Spirit, which releases the life/healing into the human body. Ifeoma, in this class, encourages believers to renew their minds with who they are and enforce their healing. She highlights that the mind is often energized by the remembrance of GOD’s miracles and goodness, which improves the mental disposition necessary for the decisiveness that can sustain the body until all symptoms are gone.

 

WAIT!

As a believer you are free indeed! The key to walking in victory and not operating in fear is WAITING on the Lord. As you wait upon the Lord in prayer, His Word and praise, an unshakable resolve and conviction grips your heart, courage rises within you, and every challenge is overcome by His grace and power.

Beyond The Thorn II: Strength at Work Within

When Paul spoke of the thorn and his infirmities, he was pointing to the trials, troubles, and persecutions that came against him in advancing the Gospel. Through it all, he leaned on God’s strength, not his own. Likewise, believers do not have to put up with infirmity and disease. God’s power is mightily at work within you—right now—turning weakness into victory. As you lean on God, recognize His grace isn’t just enough to sustain you; it is enough to overcome sickness, disease and every limitation.

Delivered Indeed

Sometimes, believers wrestle with the lingering weight of past failures, burdened by guilt and shame from a former way of life. Yet, the Word of God makes it clear that through Christ, we have been delivered from the power of darkness and brought into the glorious liberty of the children of God. Forgiveness is central to this freedom. As believers, we must anchor our minds in the truth of God's Word—knowing that there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. As we embrace this truth, we walk free from the enemy’s accusations and live boldly in the fullness of our new identity in Christ.

You Are Healed Because You Are Forgiven

Throughout the Bible we can see that it is God's desire that we are made whole. A whole person means in spirit, soul, and body. When we were born again, not only were we forgiven, but we were healed and delivered.
